The six metered products.

Everything else on the platform — heatmaps, funnels, journeys, forms, revenue, audience, events, signals, AI insights and web vitals — reads the sessions you already record and is never metered. FAQ

Questions people actually ask.

What happens when I hit a free tier?

It stops, it does not bill you. A free product is a hard cap: new sessions past the limit are simply not recorded, and anything already in flight finishes. You are never surprised by an invoice for a tier you did not subscribe to.

Do I pay per seat?

No. Seats are unlimited on every product including free, and role-based access control with per-site grants is on the free platform too. We would rather your whole team looked at the data.

How long is data kept?

14 days by default, on every plan. Longer windows are part of a negotiated deal rather than a published tier — talk to us if you need one.

How are mobile sessions counted?

A native mobile session counts as five against the sessions meter, because a screenshot stream costs materially more to store and process than a DOM stream. Mobile capture requires Session Replay Pro.

Am I locked in?

Not meaningfully. The backend side is stock OpenTelemetry pointed at our endpoint — changing the destination is one environment variable, and your instrumentation is untouched because none of it is ours.

Start on the free tiers.

No card. Every product starts free and stops at its cap instead of billing you.
